Analyzing the Problems of Infrastructure, Human Resources and Welfare at the Islamic MTss Mulyoagung School

Abstract

This research is a study of the problems of infrastructure, human resources and welfare at MTSS Islamiyah Mulyoagung school. The research method used is the library research method. The technique of collecting and analyzing data, documentation techniques are used by collecting and reviewing various journals and articles related to the theme discussed and interviews with related parties. Infrastructure is one of the factors that can remind the quality of education in schools, but there are still some schools that still pay less attention and consider the existence of facilities and infrastructure in schools unimportant. The purpose of writing this article is to provide views and concepts to education managers so that they are more concerned about the availability of facilities and infrastructure in schools to help facilitate the implementation of education and to achieve the goals to be achieved. From this study, it can be concluded that the existence of facilities and infrastructure in schools is very important because in addition to helping support the implementation of education, the existence of facilities and infrastructure can also help teachers in delivering learning and can help increase motivation, learning outcomes and student achievement and improve the quality of education in schools.
