Authors are invited to make a submission to the Proceedings of the International Student Conference on Research and Innovation (ISCoRIn) 2025. All submissions must follow the conference workflow, which consists of two main stages: Abstract Submission and Full Paper Submission.
1. Abstract Submission (Pre-Conference Stage)
At this stage, authors are invited to submit an abstract of their research for initial screening. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee to determine eligibility for presentation during the conference.
Abstracts must be relevant to one or more of the conference subthemes.
Similarity index (if checked) should be below 20%.
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and will be invited to present their work in the online conference sessions.
2. Full Paper Submission (Post-Conference Stage)
After presenting at the conference, authors are invited to submit a full paper for inclusion in the official ISCoRIn 2025 Proceedings. Only papers presented during the conference are eligible for publication consideration.
All full paper submissions will be assessed by the Editorial Board to ensure they meet the aims and scope of the proceedings. Eligible manuscripts will then undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers.
Full Paper Format:
Written in English and prepared according to the official ISCoRIn template.
Length: 5–8 pages, including tables, figures, and references.
The paper must include the following sections:
Title and Author Information
Abstract and Keywords
Introduction
Methodology
Results and Discussion
Conclusion
Acknowledgment (if applicable)
References (APA 7th style recommended)
Quality Standards:
The manuscript must demonstrate a clear research design, valid methodology, and coherent argumentation.
The title should be concise and informative, and the abstract should be able to stand alone.
The manuscript must not have been published or under review elsewhere.
The maximum similarity score is 20% (checked using Turnitin or equivalent).
3. Ethical Considerations
Before submission, authors are responsible for:
Obtaining permission to publish any copyrighted materials (e.g., figures, datasets, photos).
Ensuring that all authors listed in the submission have given their consent to be identified as co-authors.
Securing ethical approval from an appropriate ethics committee (if applicable), in accordance with the legal requirements of the country where the study was conducted.
4. Editorial and Review Policy
The Editorial Team reserves the right to desk reject manuscripts that do not meet the minimum quality standards, fall outside the conference scope, or fail to follow formatting and ethical guidelines.
Authors are encouraged to carefully revise their manuscripts before submission to increase the likelihood of acceptance.
Accepted and peer-reviewed papers will be published in the Proceedings of the International Student Conference on Research and Innovation (ISCoRIn) 2025, which will be accessible online through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
